Do you dream about becoming a household name that inspires change in the food industry?

Do you want your business to make a positive impact for people and the planet?

Do you want to be known for doing things differently?

I see you, scrolling away and dreaming big. And I’m so glad you’re here.

Because here’s what we both know:

You can’t create change in the food industry if you’re not being seen.

You’re here to make a difference in the world, to build a wildly successful brand built on strong ethical foundations and to help people feel happier and healthier.

You know you’ve got what it takes to get there - you’ve got the passion, you’ve got a product you deeply believe in, and you’ve got the packaging to stand out from the crowd.

But your imagery doesn’t reflect the confidence and conviction you have in your brand.

You’re not inspiring change in the way you’d hoped you would or connecting with your customers on a deeper, more meaningful level.

You’re not making sales.

And that’s what’s so incredibly frustrating about it all.

Because while this isn’t just about the sales for you - no more than it is the purpose, the joy, the drive to help people and the planet - we both know that it’s the facts and figures that will make the big guys listen. The ones calling the shots in this industry. The ones that decide whether or not to put your product on the shelf.

If you really want to disrupt the food industry as it is, you’ve got to do something that will get you seen.

That will make you stand out.

That will make them listen.

What if you could use your imagery to start connecting with customers in a way that builds trust, loyalty and sales?

What if you could use your imagery to finally create the impact you’ve been dreaming of?

Because the truth is, your imagery is the most powerful tool you’ve got.

So I think it’s time we chat.

My name is Samantha Couzens and I’m a food photographer helping purpose-driven founders change the world with their food.

If you’re committed to connecting with your customers and have a clear vision for the future of the food industry, then I’m here to help you.

A few years ago I was working in a health and wellness marketing agency that supported passionate small business owners. I was struck by their drive and determination to make a positive impact in the world with their products.

And I realised something:

Despite their passion, they simply weren’t getting the engagement and awareness they deserved.

It seemed unfair to me that such optimism and drive could exist without people knowing it. These founders weren’t able to realise their dream because they weren’t connecting with the people they were here to help. And they didn’t know what to do about it.

So in 2019, armed with a camera and a snack, I stepped in.

I asked myself if there was a way to take photos that could make the sales for them.

Photos that could communicate more, connect more and build wildly successful food brands.

Spoiler alert: there is.

Now I’m helping my clients launch apps, land cookbook deals, and get their products onto supermarket shelves. I’m helping 6-month-old startups launch products for the first time, and helping 30-year-old household names break through the £100m mark.

And I’ve done it all by focusing on one simple thing:

Connection.

What really matters if you want to create change in this world are the connections you’re building with your customers.

The way your imagery makes them FEEL.

Because 95% of your customers' purchasing decisions are made in the subconscious mind, and the only way to access that is through emotion.

And that’s why my work isn’t imagery for the sake of imagery.

It’s not a space filler. Or a nice to have.

It’s a robust form of visual marketing that’s guaranteed to work.

When we build a visual presence in this way, focused on sharing your story, evoking emotion and communicating your core brand values with meaningful and intentional imagery, we will elevate your brand to exactly where you want it to be.

We’ll get your product into the hands of more people, we’ll build brand awareness among the audiences that need you most, and we’ll increase your sales and engagement.

And once we’ve done all that, well… we can change the world.

Food is hope, happiness, health, history, love, connection, belonging.

And I don’t know if you’ve heard, but it’s also pretty delicious.
